I
t’s my beloved GG Bridge reinterpreted all in good fun. The toll plaza clock, bridge towers, bridge cables, cars and brown pelicans traveling to who knows where. And, of course, a little fog thrown in because it wouldn’t be the same without it.

ROLLING WILD (aka Yosemite Falls)
I left my heart at Yosemite Falls. This surreal painting is my tribute to the spectacular Sierras, the Merced River and a place where I can calmly reflect while breathing in and out in peace.

SoNAPA (aka Sonoma Napa)
Wine! Cheese! Those two words always signal that fun is about to happen. In this painting, I played around with the wine country by balancing the flavors of a fine wine paired with a good cheese. I added a topsy-turvy shadow just to make things a bit more surreal and tipsy.

Dream Paintings
Exploring the fine line between reality and dreams. A series of oil paintings inspired by neosurrealism and the
avant-garde.
GENESIS
This is a small painting that I completed many years ago and recently found tucked away on a back shelf. It represents the birth of something new. Although the egg has not hatch and can not see it's path yet, the wings are the eyes that carry it to its destiny.

MYSTICAL DONUT
Even da Vinci must have had rough days of being an artist. On those days his thoughts might have turned to comfort food. I sometimes escape to comfort food myself. In this painting, I took an old masters style and added some present day comfort...a chocolate donut.
